Mary Frances DuMay

Mary Frances Anderson DuMay, a native Houstonian and 19-year real estate agent, specializes in Houston’s close-in neighborhoods—West University, River Oaks, Avalon, Southampton, Southside and Rice University/Texas Medical Center. Mary Frances is a trusted advocate with the highest integrity for her seller and buyer clients. She has a stellar reputation in the real estate community. “In addition to being a fabulously talented realtor, the amount with which she genuinely cares about her clients is overwhelming,” says a repeat client Jennifer Edwards.

Before selling real estate, Mary Frances was a sports broadcaster at an NBC affiliate TV-station. She filmed, produced and reported on local sports. At the time, Mary Frances was one of only two female sports directors in Texas.

Committed to her local community, Mary Frances co-chaired the 29th Annual West University Park Lovers’ Ball on February 8, 2020, which was a record-breaking success raising over $490,000.00 for West U’s parks and green spaces. She is also a wish granter for the Make-A-Wish Foundation Gulf Coast Chapter, which creates life-changing wishes for children battling critical illnesses. “When a wish comes true, it creates strength, hope and transformation.”

Mary Frances is married to David DuMay, and they have three sons: Clayton, Conner and Patrick. Their girls are “Lucky” (yellow Labrador) and “Penny,” (red-merle Australian Shepherd). Mary Frances plays golf and tennis when the Houston weather cooperates! She also enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
