When I begin working with a new client who wants to buy a home in Houston, I like to set up a face-to-face meeting at my office at Compass. In this meeting, we will discuss your desired location, necessary ammenities (for example: number of bedrooms, baths, square footage, lot size) and budget/price range so I can become educated on your preferences.

Also, I will notify you of many listings that are not yet on the market so you will have an inside track of which houses will be hitting the market in the upcoming days and weeks ahead.
  3. A comprehensive plan for your purchase which includes educating you about various neighborhoods, identifying potential properties, viewing houses together, calculating an offer price and preparing an offer for your purchase, negotiating the offer to contract status, overseeing inspections, negotiating repairs, coordinate lender and title company details, guiding you to succesfully closing on your new home!
