Piney Point Village
Piney Point Village has historic roots dating back to the early 1820s. It originated as a location for weekend homes but grew into prominence in the 1950s when Memorial Drive became a major thoroughfare. It incorporated in 1954 and became the City of Piney Point Village, a lovely, heavily forested enclave.
Piney Point Village exclusively features single-family homes on a minimum lot size of 40,000 square feet. Smaller lots exist only through a grandfathering clause.
The winding roads of Piney Point Village offer a country feel with easy access to big city amenities. This ideal residential treasure is one of Houston’s most sought after neighborhoods.
