West University Place
Founder A.D. Foreman developed the community with infrastructure in mind, creating a lovely residential layout with its own unique charm. West University Place was incorporated in 1939 as an independent municipality and provides city services, parks, pool, police and community events to residents. A strict code protects against industrial development and requires approximately 40 percent of every lot to be open space. This ensures a unique natural ambiance, making West University Place one of the most aesthetically pleasing in all of Houston.
A delightful mix of architecture, strong sense of community, and a central locale offer homeowners a truly wonderful place to call home.
